Through the augmented reality mobile game Ceh'e3teekuu!—Listen—This is Arapaho Land, students on the University of Wyoming campus to explore the Arapaho language and culture, vividly reintroducing them to the Indigenous history of the land they occupy. Created with the Northern Arapaho Language and Culture Commission, this initiative challenges the erasure of Indigenous presence and heritage, encouraging players to engage with the language, stories, and identities that are central to the Arapaho. Blending ancestral knowledge with AR technology, Ceh'e3teekuu! fosters cultural reconnection, promoting a future grounded in respect and equity.
